  HOUSE BILL NO. 244                                                           
                                                                               
       "An Act making a special appropriation for additional                   
       district support for kindergarten, primary, and                         
       secondary education programs; and providing for an                      
       effective date."                                                        
                                                                               
  REPRESENTATIVE BILL WILLIAMS recognized that funding is                      
  currently contained in HB 55.
